However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, we are happy to assist.

  • Change of mind
  • Color or style differences due to screen display
  • Used or worn items
  • Accessories or jewellery without original packaging

Mandatory Condition

To verify product damage at delivery:

βœ… Courier package opening video is compulsory
The video must show:

  • The full unopened package
  • Continuous recording while opening (no cuts or edits)
  • Clear view of the damage/issue

Without a valid unboxing video β†’ Return/Exchange cannot be approved.


Request Timeline

You must notify us within 24 hours of product delivery.
Requests after this period will not be eligible.


Refund or Exchange Approval

Once we receive your request and verify the issue:
βœ… We will approve a replacement of the same product
βœ… If stock unavailable β†’ refund will be processed to original payment method

Refund timeline depends on your bank/payment provider.


Return Shipping

  • If the issue is verified from our side β†’ We cover shipping
  • If claim is invalid or video is not clear β†’ No return accepted

Customers must pack the product securely in original packaging.


Sale Items

All discount / offer / sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable, except if damaged on arrival (with valid proof).


Gifts

If the product was received as a gift and damaged:
